Christine Lalime PA-C

Christine Lalime is a certified physician assistant who specializes in cardiology within Tampa General Hospital’s Heart & Vascular Institute. Prior to joining Tampa General, Christine served as an interventional cardiology physician assistant for more than two years at CardioVascular Solutions Institute in Bradenton, Fla. In that role, she diagnosed and treated patients with various cardiological conditions while providing them with education on diagnosis and their respective care journeys in addition to her many other patient care duties.

Before that, Christine worked as a Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) clinical coordinator and a lead medical assistant for The Cardiac & Vascular Institute in Gainesville, Fla. Christine earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Florida.

During her time at UF, Christine was the first recipient of the Jodi Jones Knauf Scholarship, which supports medical and physician assistant students at the UF College of Medicine. While in PA school, Christine provided medical care to the underserved population of the Yucatan Peninsula during a weeklong mission trip.
